I believe the issue with the Online installer at the very least based on the backtrace is that the installer is partially 32-bit likely using SysWOW64 emulation.
Possibly doing an install on a 32-bit WINEPREFIX of the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer 11 would work.
My assumption is based on this:
