What works
I played the game from start to finish and it all works. The game never crashed and I never notice any bugs or glitches. Performance was a bit spotty at times as the frame rate would have frequent micro drops that would last 1-3 seconds but that's all I experienced for issues. I have seen people complaining about this with AMD GPUs on Windows as well so I don't think it's a Wine issue.
