Demo available on Steam
The game looks great with wine 2.17 Staging. There is still some flashing on the computer screens in the game and some sound distortion but other than that, this is a Direct 11 game that is completely playable in wine (Staging). Huge kudos to the wine staging team for getting a DX11 game up to this level of play-ability in four weeks. The game itself is sound and the team did a great job.
What does not
A few flashed and some sound distortions but so far, one hour into the game it's working great on an i7 4790K paired with an nVidia 960 4GB. with medium presets.
What was not tested
The rest of the game, although there doesn't appear to be any reason that the rest of the game wouldn't be possible. I've played the game through in windows and am thrilled to get a chance to play it through in WINE.
Magnificent job to the WINE devs, DX11 games are coming to WINE. BTW, I'm playing the full game so the next time around I'll open a new rating for the full game on Steam.
