What works

DXVK 0.90+ required.

Everything, but setting Textures to high max with GTX 1070 8GB VRAM and 16GB RAM.

(recurrent dxvk issue that should be fixed in the future).

What does not

Setting Textures to Ultra (high max) with GTX 1070 8GB VRAM and 16GB RAM.

Workarounds

And shader cache set with those environment variables (should be set by default):

 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_PATH=GAMEDIR
 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1

Run the maps with Athena/Anarki. Once shaders cached, the game runs properly.

Additional Comments

Make sure to have latest Vulkan drivers to support DX11/VK stream output, which makes the game runs without bugs/crashes.

All menus work fine, but game crashes before the match start. With, or without DXVK.

I had it crashing a lot of times after the "podium screen". When assets were heavily loading. It's apparently due to deferred shader loading/compiling. DXVK 0.51 fixes it but i have no time to test it right now. Please give it a go if you can mate. It might fully work :-)

I can confirm, DXVK + low settings + Dedicated shader cache has minimized the number of crashes.
