What works

Everything in the installer works.

What does not

Nothing.

Workarounds

Set windows version in Winecfg to winxp. Use winetricks to install dotent40. Would most likely work as win7 with dotnet45 as the page says on win7 it requires dotnet45 but the winetricks dotnet45 installer was not working for me. After using the installer win version can be set to win7 again.

What was not tested

Nothing.

Additional Comments

FMOD installation with FOMM does notwork for me so I followed the manual installation instructions and manual .ini changes for the mod on the download page and then used FOMM to set the mod load order. Saving and loading games work fine, but starting a new game does not work, it drops you in a black screen with the HUD and pipboy access with base stats. Use the clean TTW starting save from here: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61645/? After that the game runs just as well as Fallout: New Vegas just with the added Fallout 3 content.
