Starting a level.
What does not
Can not use the normal launcher, must launch the game with the launcher-less option in Steam.
The game will randomly crash with an error dialog stating "Page allocator 'render_page_allocator' failed allocating X bytes, total Y, last error: `Not enough memory.`, error code: 8.
The X and Y numbers are not always the same.
Finishing the first level reliably crashes every time regardless of graphic settings used to play through it.
Had to install usp10.dll using winetricks otherwise the game crashed at mission start.
What was not tested
Every possible graphics settings combination.
At first I could not start a mission on any graphics settings higher than medium or I would get "render_page_allocator" errors and the game would crash.I've since played around with the settings, and the game will now launch and start a mission on higher settings as well.Performance is low, despite nvidia-smi reporting only a ~40% usage max, and vRAM never went over 25%. CPU usage never reached saturation either.Among the terminal output when the game crashes I notice:err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0xd1e238 "?" wait timed out in thread 00a6, blocked by 0083, retrying (60 sec)err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0xd1e238 "?" wait timed out in thread 0094, blocked by 0083, retrying (60 sec)
