What works
The game installs, runs and is p layable, although I have not played very far. Some workarounds are required to get the game running. Like other reviews said, books are solid white and status icons are solid white.
What does not
Running via the Steam launcher does not work.
Running the game from the bin/EocApp.exe with the default configuration only renders a black screen.
Workarounds
Do not run the game via Steam; instead run via "EocApp.exe" in the Steam/steamapps/common/Divinity Original Sin 2/bin/EocApp.exe directory.
To avoid the black screen on launch, you must edit graphicSettings.lsx in your ~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin 2/ folder. In the XML bock for "FakeFullscreenEnabled", change the value for the "Value" key from 0 to 1. After doing this, the game runs correctly.
What was not tested
Anything past Fort Joy

Here's a radare2 patch for DOS2: Definitive Edition:

Another way to do it would be to patch wine so that SetThreadAffinityMask doesn't return 0.
