winetricks -q dxvk
Using a Win7 VM, get the following dlls (x64) and playe then inside wine's system32 folder: mfplat.dll, msmpeg2adec.dll, msmpeg2vdec.dll, sqmapi.dll (NO dll overrides needed)

wine64 regsvr32 msmpeg2adec.dll
wine64 regsvr32 msmpeg2adec.dll
