The entire game, with the exception of the first few (difficult!) stages.
Personally, I've experienced frame-pacing issues. My CPU is an i5-3570k clocked at 4.1 GHz and my GPU is an Asus GeForce 660 Ti DirectCU II 192-bit card with 2 GB of VRAM. I have 16 GB of DDR3 system RAM, and my OS is 64-bit. Your millage may vary, but I've got the slightest of slightly better results with VSync turned off (default is on) and the (default) resolution set to 1280x720. I've tested Cuphead on a 32-bit Wine-staging prefix, with CSMT and "hide Wine version" enabled. GOG Galaxy was also installed on this prefix. All in all, I believe Wine users should have a smooth time getting Cuphead to work, as the game itself only uses good ol' DirectX 9. With the macOS and native Linux ports on the horizon, maybe they won't need Wine at all, but for myself and us early adopters, I am happy to confirm the Windows version works great in Wine, if said ports never do come.
