What works
Everything except floor textures
What does not
Floor textures. They are not rendered at all, thus resulting in a "trailing effect" of the other textures nearby, causing a complete visual mess.
Workarounds
I symlinked the d3dcompiler_47.dll from game/client/x64 into game/client.
What was not tested

Additional Comments
Final verdict: The game works, but is unplayable due to that one visual bug.

You click the Play button, and you get an installer with the title "Zenimax Online Studios" and text "The Leder Scrolls Online is preparing to install" but after progress bar completes nothing happens, javaw.exe hangs and no launcher or game starts.
What happens is that Steam downloads the game files but not the ESO launcher, which the broken installer tries to install, unsuccessfully - however, it downloads it to Temp, so all you need to do is extracting it from the downloaded archive and place it where it needs to be:
0; Kill "javaw.exe", if you didn't yet.
1; Navigate to: ~/.wine/drive_c/users/[[Your username]]/Temp/
2; You will find a directory (aka folder) wit the name I followed by several numbers, eg.: "I1511038374". Enter that directory. If you have tried launching ESO multiple times you will have multiple directories like that, they contain the same data, so any of them will do.
3; Inside navigate to: InstallerData/Disk1/InstData/ You will see an archive named "Resource1.zip" - extract or open this archive.
4; In the archive navigate to: $IA_PROJECT_DIR$/src_path/ You will see a directory called "Launcher" - copy this "Launcher" directory to ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Zenimax Online/
5; Click the Play button again. The launcher should show up after a few seconds. Now the Launcher will start to download patch data, which will take a while. A progress bar is shown. Once it finished, click "Play" on the launcher.
