What works

To update my previous submission, I have now completed the game 100% only experiencing one issue. During the conductor boss battle the boss fell through the floor and the fight ended itself after several minutes. I don't think this is a wine glitch. There are several reports of the same problem on the steam discussion board with no mention of wine.

What does not

The in-game volume controls do not work and the music plays
very loud to the extent that it clips. The clipping is worse in the hub
world but exists in all levels.

The performance issue mentioned previously is partially due to my hardware and partially a bug related to running the game in a window.  If I run the game in full screen mode it runs at about 20 to 25 FPS which is just about playable. In a window it gets about 1 FPS unless the window is really small as noted before.

What was not tested

I have no idea how the game runs in windows on this hardware as I do not use it at all.

I believe there is an issue with launching games from the gog galaxy 2.0 client you should check that appdb page here: if you haven't already tried, launch it from your installation directory directly; this usually breaks multiplayer features that rely on gog galaxy.
