What works

Almost everything that is needed for play:

  • menu
  • settings
  • cut-scenes
  • sound with surround effect
  • mouse controller (with issues, OK in the menu)
  • Steam controller (heavy workarounds needed)
  • game on all graphics settings

What does not

Out of the box game crashes after the first cut-scene.

During play mouse behaves weirdly, you need to move it really slowly to make a move. If not, mouse jumps in the opposite direction. It may be KDE specific.

Frame-rate is much lower than on Windows (25 compared to 60 FPS on ultra settings).

Use DXVK to make it work (check HowTo below).

Usually mouse problem can be solved by Alt-Tabbing and going back into game. I also tried window mode, borderless window, wine emulated desktop in different combinations with mixed results.

Steam controller can be enabled using SC ControllerXbox 360 Controller Emulator but it is quite hard to setup.

What was not tested

Long game-play

Hardware tested

  • GPU: Nvidia
  • Driver: proprietary
