What does not

  • In default settings (see work arrouds): if the window looses focus (tabbing out and using another program) it cannot regain focus and it has to be restarted
  • Game crashes on Quit (well i guess thats not such a huge deal :D)
  • Disabling Motion Blur results in severe Artifacts (Completely unplayable)

Workarounds

In winecfg Tab Graphics:

  • Enable: Automatic capture the mouse in full-screen windows
  • Enable: Emulate a virtual desktop

Additional Comments

  • Game Hangs in Black screen after startup and after clicking on load game. Be patient it takes half a minute than it should work
  • Make sure you have a clean wine prefix (https://askubuntu.com/a/220758)
  • Game also works on Nvidea GTX 1060 with proprietary drivers
