Current bugs

Currently fails to install, desiring a newer version resource for kernel32.dll. But even after this there are some bugs:

* WmEncAgt.exe hangs forever after quit due to bug #26768 (typelib marshalling on x86_64).

* Crashes on start due to misbehaving msdmo.

* Fails to open from file (bug #38278) or from capture device (bug #36230).

* Properties button crashes the program (needs ISpecifyPropertyPages on CLSID_AudioRecord).
