What works

The Amazon Drive installer fails to complete, albeit it prompts to install of Mono and Gecko if they are not installed.

I copied over the installed files from a Windows PC (located in c:\users\\AppData\Local) and then tried running AmazonDrive.exe using wine, however, this resulted in an error of "wine: Bad EXE format for c:\users\\AppData\Local\Amazon Drive\AmazonDrive.exe.". I checked to make sure I had i386 architecture installed via dpkg.
