What works
Installs without any errors.
Occasionally, the title screen may actually boot up.
The sound also seems to be working if you can get the title screen to load.
What does not
It will crash on startup and refuses to load past the title screen when it does load the title screne. This bug is specific to the development version of WINE.

A lot actually, considering that I can't get any RPG maker VX game to load past startup.

RPG VX games can be ran on the stable version, 1.8. So its at the fault of the latest development updates.
