tl;dr : All is working out of the box with fresh Wine 3.2

From fresh x64 wine 3.2 without any dependencies

Installation and remove wizard (InstallShield): Installation, buttons and graphics is working fine.

The VT40X amplifier is directly recognized by Tone Room without even the installation of any driver. All buttons, settings or working exactly like Windows version.
