Additional Comments

Ctrl+Alt+Enter would always go full screen to the same monitor regardless of where the window was.

I was able to get a fairly decent full screen dual monitor setup (both 1920x1200) with some KDE trickery. Run it, press Alt-F3, More Actions, Special Application Settings:

Position: Force 0,-21

Size: Force 3840x1221

No Titlebar and Frame: Force Yes

Click OK. Wait a little bit for it to resize. If it just centers but doesn't resize, press Ctrl+Alt+Enter (put the app in its "Full screen" mode) wait press Ctrl+Alt+Enter again. The -21 hides the menu bar. You can just press Ctrl-Alt-Del if you need it and it will trigger locally and remotely. I also switched to an empty desktop to launch it and Alt-F3, More, Keep Above Others. You can put the mouse in the upper left corner to get out of it. The only downside is Windows thinks it's on a single monitor so dialogs pop up between monitors so you're always dragging them to one side or another.

To install from the CLI use the msi installer. Example: wine msiexec /i Amazon+WorkSpaces.msi 

Remove the following file to stop crashes on progarm start: ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Amazon Web Services, Inc/Amazon WorkSpaces/vchan_plugins/pcoip_vchan_remoteprintclient.dll

In some cases you may need to install install VB Runtime 2013 this can be done with winetricks `winetricks vcrun2013`
