What does not
The city panel.
Opening the city panel results in an immediate segmentation fault crash.
After patching I got a warning that my cpu was not supported, followed by an immediate crash. Modifying the Alpha Centauri.Ini so the line ForceOldVoxelAlgorithm=1 instead of 0 resolved that issue. Changing eax=0 allowed me to complete a turn.
Unfortunately "segmentation fault" is a really non-specific error. I suspect that terran.exe is trying to use a direct draw function that has not been implemented. That segmentation fault is often associated with "fixme:font:CreateScalableFontResourceA (0,"arialn.fot","arialn.ttf","C:\\Program Files\\Firaxis Games\\Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri"): stub" and "fixme:xrandr:X11DRV_XRandR_SetCurrentMode Cannot change screen BPP from 32 to 8".
