What does not
The My.com launcher can't load news and announcements but can download and install the game.
Workarounds
Install DXVK 0.81 or newer.
Use the latest graphics drivers. For NVIDIA use 396.54 or newer. For AMD use 18.1.3 or newer with LLVM 7.0-svn.
Do not use virtual desktop as it causes mouse capture issues.
