Sound, music, in-game graphics, in-game controls, gameplay, Internet multiplayer, mission objectives, menu system, Island Thunder mod, Desert Siege mod, Heroes Unleashed mod, good frame rates.

What does not

Heroes Unleashed 1.01 does not startup if enabled in the Mods options.

Must disable Heroes Unleashed before starting up the game.

Edit Modsset.txt.

Setting higher resolutions in options might prevent game from starting.

Workarounds

Edit Modsset.txt to disable Heroes Unleashed mod.

After starting the game, re-enable the mod to play Heroes Unleashed.

In Wine settings, enable: Emulate virtual desktop.

Set virtual desktop resolution to be identical to your Ghost Recon's resolution option.

What was not tested

small graphics resolutions.

Additional Comments

Runs faster in Ubuntu 20.04 than Windows 8.1 on the same personal computer.

Noticeably higher frame rates.
