What does not

I had multi-monitor issues with my single-head X Session. The Altitude window, when the game was launched, was partly off the screen on my laptop display.

Workarounds

I had to disable my external monitor with xrandr (I have some Nvidia meta-modes setup for this purpose). A Wine Virtual Desktop would have the same affect.
