Almost everything. I haven't tried every feature, but I've done all the basics and used some of the less common features like Scene Navigator and Scriptnotes. Works very well.
Export to PDF was a little flaky but worked.
What does not
A few niggling problems: It gives an error message about not finding any printers, and I think this might be why the title page is often screwed up and mysteriously takes up two pages on most files I've used.
The default final draft fonts also have to be installed in linux or won't look right.
A bigger concern was that SmartType is partially broken. If a SmartType window pops up, it's impossible to use it or make it go away with the keyboard. You have to directly click it with the mouse, and it pops up over and over and over again. Luckily you can just turn these windows off and SmartType will still fill in information for you when you press enter.
What was not tested
Didn't install it, just ran the program straight out of Windows install.
