The game itself, I tried both Software rendering and Glide rendering (via the included nglide).
What was not tested
Messing with winetricks. I just tried the "standard" d3dx9_36, but as expected from the bug comments it has not effects. The crash log do not help me about what is going wrong.
GOG version. Already patched to the version 1.04 and with noloopsound activated by default. The game has a weird behavior, after executing it once if you try to execute a second time it become impossible to kill. It crashes trying to leave or starting to plan and wineserver -k, CTRL-C, and kill -9 have no effects. Too bad, it seems a nice game...
