  • After running the game for a few minutes, it crashes because of DirectMusic.
  • Music. (Bug #43280).
  • Certain keys are inter-changed: e.g. `y' instead of `z'.
  • The title bar of the application keeps showing. (Bug #16766).

Workarounds

  • To prevent the game from crashing, disable music: Set `musicEnabled=0' in the configuration file (`GOTHIC.INI') or change the setting in the game menu.
