CD-Cops verification of the disk. Thus, the game will not run.
Workarounds
In order to install the game you would need to add an override for the security.dll in Wine config.
Security.dll should be set to "native". If the dll is not overridden, the install will abort. This is a bug in Wine, not the installer in itself.
