What works

most features are working, python 2.7.13 works as well

sounds are working, custom commands, python scripts

twitch streamer / bot account connections, discord, obs websockets

What does not

initial startup of the bot, post-installation, has strange ghosting problems, which makes the text only semi-legible

once the bot has been configured, the about screen that opens on startup is black until you hover over the close button

Youtube playback doesn't seem to be working, but that may require additional dependencies 

Workarounds

Use a windows 7 wine instance

dotnet 4.5.2 was installed using the manual installation method from here:

(i.e. install dotnet40 from winetricks, then wget and install the 4.5.2 update)

very usable, needs a few workarounds to get started, but it seems to be working well
