There is no installer as such, just an executable to run in a directory, so I'm setting Installs as "working".
What does not
When starting the game by clicking in Nautilus, it changes the resultion, then dies with a popup that says "Runtime Error 501 - Image number illegal at line 5377"
When starting it from the commandline, it instead dies with the error: "Runtime Error 3502 - Could not load music at line 5472", otherwise the behaviour is the same. The errors emitted are exactly 1700 lines, a bit too long to post here I thought, but it all seems to be about different D3D functions not being implemented, which I guess is to be expected.
What was not tested
Couldn't get to testing anything.
Since this game started out as test routines to test certain aspects of DX9, it could provide a good test case? It's also freely available, so it's easy to get a copy to test.
