What works
Everything except text-to-speech.
What does not
Text-to-speech -- "pilots" communicating with ATC do so in a sped-up manner, so much so that the words sometimes overlap, and are incomprehensible.
Also, when I had multiple monitors enabled, wine's window would be hidden. Switching to a single monitor before launching wine fixed the issue.
