Cheat Engine

What works

Installation and GUI of the program work great, all controls seem to respond without trouble and it is able to detect other processes which are running under wine.

What does not

the program seems unable to scan memory regions of the other programs being run under wine. I have tested multiple settings of the program and different scan techniques but am unable to get it to work: it will either say "Error while scanning:No readable memory found in the region you specified" or, under different settings it will return 0 results every time.

What was not tested

memory editing or value-changing was not tested as it wasn't able to find the memory for editing.

This program almost wants to work, I'm not quite sure what is holding it back. I hope this report is helpful :)
