KORG monologue Sound Librarian

What works

Vast majority of features work. The message about needing to install the USB driver can be safely ignored. The following things have been tested and work:

• receiving patches from the monologue
• writing patches to the monologue
• saving & loading patch libraries
• previewing patches from the preset window
• importing sound packs (although only one sound pack is displayed at once)

What does not

Only one sound pack can be imported at once.

The application crashes when patches are drag & dropped between the preset and main windows.

Workarounds

For multiple sound packs, load one at a time. Load another one when all sounds have been imported.

For getting preset sounds to the monologue, click on a sound in the preset window. The monologue should load a preview of the sound. Press "write" on the monologue and write it to the internal memory. When all patches have been imported this way, use the "monologue" menu in the main window to "Receive ALl". This updates the main list, which can then be saved on the computer.

What was not tested

Microtuning. Given my experience with the other parts of the software, I suspect this to work as well.
