What works
Everything works excellent and runs smooth as it does in windows.
What does not
Be sure to install all the dependencies necessary to run this program. If not properly full filled you will have a black viewport and no project thumbnails.
Workarounds
Workaround is same as Zbrush 2018.
"Since version 4R8 of ZBrush, Pixologic stop supporting 32 bit version so there is no 32 bit version of ZBrush 2018. You need 64-bit (SysWow64) Wine and a 64 bit Wineprefix.
You should configure your Wineprefix before installing ZBrush.
You need to install: winetricks corefonts mfc42 vcrun6 vcrun2008 vcrun2010 vcrun2013 comctl3
and set your Wineprefix to Windows 10 compatibility:
winetricks win10
Now, run:
winecfg
, on your Wineprefix.
On the Libraries tab, you must have these overrides set :
Now, you can run ZBrush setup executable. It may complain about vcrun version which are already installed, just ignore it.
ZBrush should start without issue."
What was not tested
High poly counts.
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
Zbrush is very important to 3D artists and as far as I can tell it works great on Linux! Higher poly counts need to be tested but I assume it should be fine as sculpting does perform better then 3D Coat Linux and even Blender's own sculpting tools while in use.
