What does not

Full-screen does not work - Will crash the game

Attempting to make the game window full screen (not through the game) will make the window look weird due to resizing issues. This does not happen on Windows since Windows will not allow the game's window size to be changed.

Workarounds

Problem: Game does not run on non-Japanese systems

Solution: Use the argument

LANG=ja_JP.utf8

If running wine from command, use

LANG=ja_JP.utf8 wine ./YOUR_PROGRAM.exe

If using PlayOnLinux, make sure to have the argument set for the game in the "Command to exec before running the program" box, in the "Miscellaneous" tab.

Problem: Game gives "ANSI Unicode" error

Solution: Install mono28

Problem: Game gives "Failed to call ConnectFilters(pSrc, pMpegSplitter)"

Solution: Install quartz

What was not tested

Retail version of the game was only tested. Trial version was not tested.
