What works
Out of the box the game will launch how ever the only audio you'll hear is the intro Volition/THQ video. Game runs great there is no super speed bug while running or driving any vehicle making the game unplayable. Xbox Controller works out of the box for this game though I use an 8bitdo SN30 pro+ but a spade is a spade. I did find turning dynamic lighting completely off removed the artifacting and half illuminated areas of the world.
What does not
In-game audio does not work out of the box but is fixable.
Workarounds
Use winetricks to install faudio doing this makes the in-game audio work so you can bump tunes and shoot goons! :)
What was not tested
Have not gotten around to trying multiplayer yet but will try and do so.
