Crimson editor

Crimson Editor is a professional source code editor for Windows. This program is not only fast in loading time, but also small in size (so small that it can be copied in one floppy disk). While it can serve as a good replacement for Notepad, it also offers many powerful features for programming languages such as HTML, C/C++, Perl and Java.

What works

Most everything I use on a daily basis except the 2 items listed below.

What does not

1) One key operation I found that does not work is the search and replace text function. The replace dialog box will pop up for replace and text can be entered to search for and replacement text can be entered. The replace all button works, but when you press the Find Next button, this dialop disappears and a smaller dialog pops up (Replace this occurence?) with Replace?(Yes/No/All/Once/Stop). This dialog box does not work and will not respond to keyboard input. If anyone has a fix for this I would appreciate hearing about it. Thanks.

2) Line and Column status in the bottom status bar does not update until file is saved.
