What works

Synchronizing files both directions works, and which folders to synchronize works. Wine system tray displays the taskbar icon allowing for interaction with Sync.

Can pause and restart and view progress of synchronization.

What does not

Linux's limit on number of open files can causes issues when trying to synchronize large folders (particularly problematic for folders with git repos).

Error message of invalid bitmap pops up when clicking on account tab of sync options panel, but can be safely disregarded.

Problems associated with file open limits can be fixed by increasing the hard and soft caps of the number of open files to be more than the number of files being synchronized.

For example, on fedora this was done by editing /etc/security/limits.conf with the lines

*    hard    nofile   150000

*    soft      nofile   75000

And then logging out and logging back in.

As long of the number is greater than the number of files in the synchronized folders, it will synchronize without issue.
