DVDFab versions: 184.108.40.206 - latest
See: release notes
Test with DVDFab version 220.127.116.11 (64-bit). This installs correctly, without any issues.
Test features work correctly:
Even running this version and the 32-bit version in parallel reading from different devices works without any problems or crashes
Due to local laws I can only test the application with unencrypted discs.
What does not
UHD Drive Tool which is used for downgrading BD-drives to a UHD friendly firmware does not correctly recognize SATA mode and interface type, therefore downgrading will not work
What was not tested
Not all features were tested. But all major parts appear to run fine.
Since wine 4.3, not only are the 32-bit DVDFab versions installable and running OK... But now also the 64-bit DVDFab versions are also installable and run OK. This enables most UHD features for linux users. As "UHD creator" is the only available consumer choice for authoring own UHD discs, this is a great achievement!
