Game loads, top menus work, campaign selection, map loading, movies, sound... pretty much everything except as listed below.
no-cd workaround was required to play.
What does not
Network play seems to cause the game to crash, this includes LAN mode.
There were graphic initialization problems as mentioned by the other tester. By default the game is 16bpp mode, which fails on ATI cards which do not support that. It is possible to force the game to 32bpp which then causes everything to work just wonderfully. It requires fiddling with some of the command line options or game configuration files to get working though, and I forget which ones. Will post more info later after reexamining the issue.
The biggest issue I had with this game was the keyboard. Mouse works perfectly, however the keyboard is completely ignored. No keys function, hence, making gameplay tedious, but not impossible. I suspect IMM interaction being the cause, but have not verified this.
What was not tested
whether no-cd work-around is required or not has not be tested recently.
