What works
Installation and it runs perfectly in a 1280 x 1024 emulated virtual desktop. Even altering labels on things in the game works correctly now. e.g. - signs, and rides, etc., etc. And changing the in game resolution to it's maximum is no issue. Saving games also works with no issue of the file name flashing. And it is using no-CD cracks for added Wacky Worlds and Time Twister expansion packs.
What does not
Running full screen. Upon loading the game it errors out with the following message.
Exception raised - access violation
Error location: Windows unknown driver
Clicking on ok causes the program to gracefully crash back to the desktop.

What was not tested
Playing a full game. I just opened several different maps and tinkered for a few minutes, plus playing one map for about an hour.
