What does not

WeChat leaves a shadow box when its window has been minimized. But never mind, you can close all its windows safely, and when you need get back, just click on the tray icon.

Workarounds

Step:

1. ensure you are using a win32 wine environment
2. install windows components using winetricks:
* ole32
* riched20
* riched30
3. install font using winetricks (some fonts may not be used by wechat, but the wechat works if you install all of them):

arial
baekmuk
comicsans
unifont
wenquanyi
fakechinese
4. install wechat `wine WeChatSetup.exe`
