What works
Installation, running the game, sound.
What does not
Video has issues. As noted otherwise, the text is garbled, the mouse has issues between being confined and I also had issues with the walk forward and step left buttons always being on despite my attempts to correct it.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Everything beyond the first mission.

Additional Comments
The game itself is very close to being fully playable once you follow the steps to getting the game running. The major issues at this point are the input. Even the text garbling isn't so bad that you can't read the menus.

A nocd executable is needed to run the game.
"If your sound card is not properly detected, try switching the
sound to OSS in winecfg. I can make no guarantees, but I was able to
play through the entire training mission. I experienced two major
problems: text was not rendered properly and the "mouse stop" was not
always done correctly." - Erich Hoover
