RAD Pascal environment. Installs and runs and compiles fine without windows, Windows installation required to get BDE working correctly. A debug application will not terminate correctly until you exit delphi making debugging impractical.

need to set "windows 98" in winecfg for the installation. Then running fine with "windows XP". Some errors are displayed during installation, ignore them.
