GOG release with the first patch, fixing the most glaring game-breaking bugs in the game.
The GOG installers hang after a while (known bug), so one should use a beta version of "Innoextract" to get the game from the installer.
After that, it is only a matter of creating a 64bit prefix and placing the game folder basically wherever one likes. (I placed it properly in the "C:\Progrtam Files" directory).
The game launches with a simple WINEPREFIX=
THe game works as intended (not worse than on Windows, I've checked against YouTube "Let's Play"-ers), exploration, combat, dialogues, inventory, everything. But the game leaks memory with save/loads or over time (I did not have the opportunity to check against Windows this), so regular re-launches are in order (at least for now).
Spend some 10 hours playing (total, not consecutive), no crashes so far. No obvious glitches.
What does not
The GOG installer hangs.
Use the most recent beta version of "Innoextract" to get the game out of the installer.
