After selecting tracks for purchase the encoding screen that pops up stays blank. It can be closed and the tracks still appear in the Downloads tab.
Workarounds
Running AllTunes in a 64bit wine prefix sometimes hangs when downloading the catalog. Use a 32bit prefix.
mfc42.dll must be installed. I used 'winetricks mfc42' to accomplish that.
atc.dll must be manually copied from the AllTunes Program Files folder into c:\Windows\system32\
Unlike earlier versions, ie6 is not required.
