What works
Everything seems to work.
Note that you have to install DOSBOX, as this is a DOS game. Wine then seems to automatically find and use DOSBOX. Otherwise obviously nothing works.
For the sound setup, I just chose the top choice (soundblaster) and "configure automatically", and everything worked.
