The 1.7MB does installs, then prepares to download around 600 MB, but crash immediately when I click the button 'Continue'.

What does not

Installer does crash before finishing, when trying to launch it again:  'Installation failed. This application is already installed on your computer. ' (nothing happen when clicking ).

I don't know what is exactly the Microsoft Dotnet's version wanted.
