Using Wacom Intuos Pen Small (2013) does not work

Just like the subject says, I can't seem to use this tablet to do anything other than erase. Pencil, Airbrush, Brush, Watercolour and Binary don't seem to work, but eraser seems to work just fine. I can also use the tablet to click elements within the program, but that's it.
