Tested Presonus Studio One 188.8.131.527919 (Mar 25 2019)
Results may apply to recent versions, probably newer ones as well as to any subversion of old Studio One 3.
Works under DXVK/D9VK only and has no problems with Esync.
Only Native plugins work without problems.
Detects ASIO drivers (even that from FL Studio) , no problems with audio so far and MIDI keyboards
What does not
Plugins made by anybody else but Presonus will likely fail at loading and freeze the software unless "PluginsScanner.e" is killed in task manager.
One of the tested plugins, "Korg Wavestation" seems to work fine but if only if you are going to use it when needed and close the VSTi window after the usage is done. Putting the window on background and switching to another task will hang the window and stop it from rendering. However, it will emit sound and react on mouse clicks (which are going to update the small portion of the screen around the click).
Tried using jBridge without any positive results.
Part of the browser is not updated when you scroll it.
Playback vertical line is not visible.
Custom cursors are not visible as well, you'll see default cursor which could be confusing at first when trying to edit something.
Screen flickers without enabling DXVK/D9VK. You have to enable it, otherwise you'll get same things from previous winehq results.
Studio One 3 works under DXVK too but you'll get the same situation there as with newest version.
