Noita

What works

The game runs quite constant 60fps on MacBook Pro M1 16GB. Tested with 14" display resolution of 1512x982.

Run Noita with debug messages suppressed to get rid of constant flow of fixme:msvcrt:Context_Yield errors in console.

What does not

• Downloading Noita with Steam client is not possible, unless using the command line variant (steamcmd).
• Storing savegames to cloud is not possible (or did not find a way).

Workarounds

To download Noita from Steam, it is required to use the cross-platform installation feature from the command line client:

~/Steam ./steamcmd.sh
@sSteamCmdForcePlatformType windows
force_install_dir noita
login <your_steam_user>
app_update 881100 validate
quit

Create a new Steam directory for cross-platform installation, since the normal Steam seems to uninstall the game otherwise.
