What does not

WIth builtin d3dx9_43 when trying to compile shaders and effect fails
(d3dcompiler doesn't fuly support shader 3.0, and ID3DXEffectCompiler
is not implemented). With native d3dcompiler_47.dll it crash compiling
some shaders.

(There is a patch in OR ID3DXEffectCompiler bug that has a patch that
partially implement this compiler, but still require d3dcompiler_47.dll)


Native d3dx9_43.dll

Note that native d3dx9_43.dll doesn0t require a native d3dcompiler_xx.dll

What was not tested

Nvidia patch(I'm on AMD and was made for a bug that doesn't exist at all under wine)
